Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters to join our team in Italy. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, assisting with food and beverage orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
• Ensure proper table setting, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback courteously.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Italian and English is preferred; other languages are a plus.
