Job Description

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Salesmen to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to increase sales.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (retail, electronics, fashion, FMCG, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with persuasive selling ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
