Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Canada. In this role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, guide a team of workers, and ensure that all inventory movements are handled accurately and safely. If you’re someone who enjoys leading teams, solving challenges on the go, and keeping things running like clockwork, this position could be right up your alley.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate day-to-day operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and storage conditions.
- Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
- Implement workplace safety rules and conduct regular inspections.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
- Operate warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, and administrative teams to meet deadlines.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional training is an asset.
- Proven experience of less than 1 years is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory software, MS Office, and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move goods when required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
